You may have already heard about my last round of skills sessions — I loved them and I want to do more! Here’s the skinny in case you missed it…

Skills sessions are when I’m working on learning a new technique and I need people to model for me in a no-pressure kind of setting. Learning requires room for trial and error and a good amount of failure, so I’m not ready to charge full price for these sessions and I don’t want to see people spend money and then have me flop!

So! Here’s the thing: Skills sessions are RISK FREE sessions. There’s NO session fee and no obligation to purchase images. We will set up a reveal session and if we end up with something that you love, yes of course you can make a purchase! Sessions will be about 45 minutes and will completely focus on the new lighting setup I’m working on, which creates an effect really similar to sunset light, but indoors.
The images featured here are my first try at using it, and I’m excited to keep going! Sessions will be held at 5PM during the month of June. Here’s my current June availability for these sessions…

In order to make this experience truly risk-free, I recommend taking charge of your own hair and makeup. However, adding professional hair and makeup before your midnight sun session will still be an option for you at booking! If you decide to go ahead with a purchase at the time of your reveal session, we’ll be using the mini session investment menu with more petite options than in my usual sessions.
